BPCC Middle College students graduate Wed.

BPCC will hold its Middle College program graduation ceremony at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, in the BPCC Performing Arts Theatre (Building C), 6220 E Texas St., Bossier City.

The BPCC Middle College program combines college credit courses, GED Prep, and leadership classes. The program exemplifies BPCC’s commitment to providing programs for students to achieve their educational goals.

“Not only is the BPCC Middle College program a model for student success, the students (many of whom are first-generation college students) are inspired to advance to the next phase of higher education,” said BPCC Chancellor Jim Henderson.

BPCC Middle College Spring 2013 graduates are Daniel Brown, Ashlyn Caraway, Johnny Carson, Emily Coffman, Justin Frasier, Elizabeth Godfrey, Hannah Lincks, Anthony Pickett, Thomas Profitt, Sasha Robison, Nichelle Scholar, Paulla Swanson, Akeiaa Washington, and Alyssa Wilson.

“This program provided students with educational opportunities to help them excel,” said Justin Tison, BPCC Middle College Case Manager. “We look forward to continuing to assist them with their future individual educational paths.”
