'Mr. Billy' receives a Gold Star

At Platt Elementary, everyone loves Mr. Billy.

  Billy Hill is the school's head custodian and has been at Platt for the past nine years. Not only does he love his work, colleagues and the students but they have a special place in their heart for him, too; so much so, that teachers nominated Mr. Billy for Bossier Schools' Gold Star award.
