Difficult goodbye for Spoon owners

The time has come for the Burns Family to turn over the Wooden Spoon to the Judge Family. The many memories that we have made with you all will last forever. The sweet and wonderful employee's and the valued customers will always be a part of the " Good Times."

Will the Cookie Man survive? YES, but he will miss it! The Wooden Spoon has been an inseparable part of my heart and being. What a blessing to have been the messenger for other peoples thoughtfulness: a ministry, a rush and a feeling of worth. I praise God every day for showering the Spoon with His blessings.

I would be remiss if I did not thank Jamie Burns for his service to the Spoon over the last several years. Jamie's heroic service on weekends and evenings has helped immeasurably in maintaining the Spoon's "Open For Business" status. Thanks so much J.B.

Will the tradition continue with the Judge Family? You Bet'cha! Even Lynette, my strongest critic at times feels that Tammy Judge and her family will carry on the tradition of caring and excellence that each of you have come to expect. I "overheard" Lynette telling the other employee's that Tammy was a better cookie mixer that I am. GO COOKIE GAL!

I wish you the best. Go Get Em.
