BOSSIER CITY - Funeral services for Carol Ann Bush, 73, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Cody Whittington. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February 11, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Carol was born in Natchitoches, LA on June 11, 1939 to Jimmie and Edna Miller. She passed away on February 8, 2013 at in Bossier City, LA. She worked with Lucent Technologies for 30 years. She enjoyed cooking, cross word puzzles and spending time with her great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Ernest Scott Bush. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jerry Dewayne Bush and fiancé, Joni Nicholson and James Stanley Bush; daughters, Judy Lynn Bush and fiancé, Randy Haymon and Susan Diane Bush and fiancé, Bobby Scofield; grandchildren, Stephen Bush, David Bush, Debra Day, Amie Day, Anthony Sparks; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Bobby Miller and wife, Betty, Buddy Miller, and Dalton Miller.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Miller, John Miller, Mark Miller, Sean Whaley, John Kunka, and Ron Swonke.
