BOSSIER CITY- Graveside services for Mary M. Ellis, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Forest Park West Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Dale Sauls. Visitation will be Friday, January 25, 2013 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel.
Mary was born in Homer, LA on May 25, 1919 to Frank and Exer Maddry. She passed away on January 22, 2013 at the Terrace in Bossier City. She was 93 years old.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Thomas J. Ellis, son, Thomas Ray "Buddy" Ellis. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Frank Charles Ellis and wife, Sharon, John Paul Ellis and wife, Linda; She was the proud "Memaw" to six grandchildren, Kelley, Josh, Chad, Brad, Amanda and Alicia; seven great-grandchildren, Rhagen, Taylor, Cole, Mary Frances, Annabelle, Tucker and Dylan.
The family would like to thank Dr. Bickham and Regional Hospice her care givers at the Terrace for the loving care given to our Mother and sweet Memaw, also a special thanks to her special friend, Joanie Davis.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to First Baptist Church in Blanchard.
