How long have you been cooking? About ten years by myself, and about 20 with mom or grandmoms.
How did you start cooking? My mom and both if my grandmothers love to cook, and I was always in the kitchen helping them. One day, I just did it alone!
What's your favorite dish to cook? Cilantro and lime shrimp.
What do people say about your cooking? I haven't heard any complaints yet!
What's your philosophy when it comes to cooking? It's ok to deviate from the recipe.

Cilantro and lime shrimp

Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp mixture, and sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done.
Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and remaining ingredients.
