BENTON - Sandra was born in Minden, LA, January 17, 1941 and departed to her home with Jesus December 11, 2012. Sandra was a 1958 graduate of Bossier High and attendee of Northwestern State University. She was a member of Waller Baptist Church and worked faithfully at Mansfield Street Mission.
She is predeceased by two sons, William Ruffin Dodson and Aaron Russell Dodson; father, W. W. Daniel; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs W. F. Averett and Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Daniel, and stepfather, Joseph L. Parker, Sr.
She is survived by sons, Brad and Becky Dodson, and Cameron and Robin Dodson; mother, Mrs. Veye A. Parker; brother, Joseph L. Parker Jr.; sister, Judith Parker; uncle, Rusty M. Averett; grandchildren, Spencer and Michele Moses, Lauren Moses, Kerstyn Dodson, Leigh Dodson, Peyton Dodson, Lainey Dodson, and Laci Murray; and great grandchildren Isabella Moses and McKinley Jones.
In accordance with her wishes services will be private. The family requests no memorials.
