BOSSIER CITY - Joseph Allen Murry, Commander US Navy, BS, MA, PhD, and football coach, was born May 3, 1929 and passed away December 12, 2012. May his legacy live in the hearts of so many. A private service was held Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Greenwood Cemetery in Ruston, LA.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Murry of Ruston, LA; son, Steven Murry and his wife Angie of Shreveport, LA; sister, Betty Murry of Sonoma, CA; brother Don Murry and his wife Jerry of Venton, LA, and other relatives and friends.
