Making the Band
The Bossier Chamber of Commerce, Raising Cane’s and Villaggio present how to work in a multigenerational environment

Is your company effective in understanding the needs of each generation, experiencing multi-generational environments, and/or experiencing communication gaps between generations?

How can a company handle this dilemma and succeed? Who would know better than the COO of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Ian Vaughn? Ian will offer coaching on understanding and appreciating the parallels of what we can learn from music and how we can apply it to building great and diverse teams.  His presentations on November 18th will offer a unique twist to understanding how to bridge the communication gap between the generations.
