Minden Police are seeking anyone connected with stolen property recovered from a man arrested for stealing a limousine from Bossier City around February 13.

Dennis C. Small, 17, of the 1700 block of Alma Street, Shreveport, was charged with illegal possession of stolen things over $500, theft of a motor vehicle over $1,000 and as a fugitive from Shreveport Police Department on a robbery charge.

Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper said recovery of the $80,000 stretch limousine led detectives to the alleged thief in a Minden apartment complex.

“We found some property in his possession, including a digital picture frame containing about 30 pictures,” Cropper said. “We believe the people in these photos are possibly victims of a crime. We feel like these are somebody’s keepsakes, and we’d like to return them if we can identify the people in them.”

Minden Police said they have been in touch with Shreveport Police detectives who are also trying to locate the persons in the photos.

Anyone with information about any of the persons in these photos may contact the Minden Police Department at 371-4226.
