The second annual Benton 5K Run/Walk For Downs was held Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Benton Sports Complex to raise funds and promote awareness for all individuals with Down syndrome. Winners included — Men's: Chris Burns-21:11; Denver Houghton-22:57; Garret Gibson-22:57; Women's: Jessica cobbs-28:16; Danielle Johnson-33:56; Tina Theodos-34:30; Kids: JT Brice-22:19; Creighton France-25:08.
