Bossier City police arrested a woman overnight after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend during an altercation.
Police arrested Queyarner Nikita Williams, 24, of Bossier City on a charge of aggravated battery after officers were called to LSU Health Center in Shreveport Monday night in regard to a man who arrived via private vehicle at the emergency room with multiple cuts on his chest, wrist and finger.
Detectives learned the man was stabbed by his girlfriend, later identified as Williams, with a knife during an altercation that happened earlier in the evening at Williams’ residence at the Cordova Court Apartments in the 900 block of Westgate Drive.
Police located Williams at her apartment and subsequently booked her into the Bossier City Jail.
The victim wounds were not life threatening. He was treated and released from the hospital
