Legacy Elementary fourth grader Savannah Brickner had her painting “Blue Skies” chosen to hang in a cancer patient’s room at the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center in Shreveport.  Her painting was picked from the Art Break showcase displaying student’s art from Elementary through High School in the Shreveport/Bossier area. The representatives from the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center started this annual selection when they saw the need for artwork in their unit. Savannah was among about 20 artists chosen, ages ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade, in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
